Each voyage includes the yacht, experienced crew, fuel for the planned itinerary, light refreshments or meals as specified, swimming and snorkeling equipment, and safety gear. Specific inclusions vary by charter type, with the Panorama Day Experience including a prepared Thai lunch and the Open Water Odyssey featuring chef-prepared meals throughout your journey.
How do I choose the right voyage?
Consider both your available time and what aspects of the maritime experience appeal to you most. The Horizon Watch Cruise suits those seeking a focused experience of open water and distant views. The Panorama Day Experience balances cruising with destination exploration. The Open Water Odyssey is for travelers drawn to extended time at sea and reaching more remote locations. When is the best season for yachting in Phuket?
November through April offers the most favorable conditions, with calmer seas and clearer skies that enhance the panoramic experience. This period is ideal for both day voyages and extended passages to distant islands. May through October brings the southwest monsoon, creating different sea conditions. We operate year-round and can advise on the best timing based on your specific voyage interests and sea state preferences.
What should I bring on the voyage?
We recommend bringing swimwear, sun protection including sunscreen and a hat, sunglasses, a light jacket for evening or air-conditioned spaces, and any personal items you prefer. For multi-day voyages, pack comfortable casual clothing and perhaps one outfit for evening dining. The yachts provide towels, snorkeling equipment, and safety gear. Camera equipment is welcome, particularly for those interested in seascape photography.
Can voyages be customized?
While each voyage type follows a general format that has proven successful, we can adapt elements to suit your group's particular interests. This might include adjusting departure times, selecting specific anchorages, or arranging special dietary requirements. For the Open Water Odyssey, we can discuss different island destinations based on season and conditions. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7-14 days receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days of departure, we cannot offer refunds as the yacht and crew have been reserved for your voyage. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule if weather or unforeseen circumstances affect your charter.
